1. Escrow Campaign Cancellation
If a brand deposits funds into milestone escrow and the creator fails to submit deliverable content within the agreed timeline or declines the contract, 100% of the locked escrow amount is returned to the brand's original payment method or wallet balance with zero cancellation penalties.
2. Digital Subscriptions & Unlock Packages
Monthly and annual subscription tiers activate instant digital benefits (e.g. VIP badge, direct contacts, top directory placements). Once digital services are provisioned and utilized, prorated subscription refunds are not provided, except in cases of proven platform downtime or unauthorized billing transactions.
3. Duplicate or Technical Payment Failures
In the event of duplicate charges caused by bank network latency or session timeouts during checkout, the redundant capture is automatically flagged and reversed to the originating bank account within 3 to 7 business days.
4. Refund Processing Timelines
